激光焊接機深熔焊接的主要工藝參數

  (1)激光功率。激光焊接中存在一個激光能量密度閾值,低於此值,熔深很淺,一旦達到或超過此值,熔深會大幅度提高,特別是塑料激光焊接機更甚。隻有當工件上的激光功率密度超過閾值(與材料有關),等deng離li子zi體ti才cai會hui產chan生sheng,這zhe標biao誌zhi著zhe穩wen定ding深shen熔rong焊han的de進jin行xing。如ru果guo激ji光guang功gong率lv低di於yu此ci閾yu值zhi,工gong件jian僅jin發fa生sheng表biao麵mian熔rong化hua,也ye即ji焊han接jie以yi穩wen定ding熱re傳chuan導dao型xing進jin行xing。而er當dang激ji光guang功gong率lv密mi度du處chu於yu小xiao孔kong形xing成cheng的de臨lin界jie條tiao件jian附fu近jin時shi,深shen熔rong焊han和he傳chuan導dao焊han交jiao替ti進jin行xing,成cheng為wei不bu穩wen定ding焊han接jie過guo程cheng,導dao致zhi熔rong深shen波bo動dong很hen大da。激ji光guang深shen熔rong焊han時shi,激ji光guang功gong率lv同tong時shi控kong製zhi熔rong透tou深shen度du和he焊han接jie速su度du。焊han接jie的de熔rong深shen直zhi接jie與yu光guang束shu功gong率lv密mi度du有you關guan,且qie是shi入ru射she光guang束shu功gong率lv和he光guang束shu焦jiao斑ban的de函han數shu。一yi般ban來lai說shuo,對dui一yi定ding直zhi徑jing的de激ji光guang束shu,熔rong深shen隨sui著zhe光guang束shu功gong率lv提ti高gao而er增zeng加jia。

  (2)光guang束shu焦jiao斑ban。光guang束shu斑ban點dian大da小xiao是shi激ji光guang焊han接jie的de最zui重zhong要yao變bian量liang之zhi一yi,因yin為wei它ta決jue定ding功gong率lv密mi度du。但dan對dui高gao功gong率lv激ji光guang來lai說shuo,對dui它ta的de測ce量liang是shi一yi個ge難nan題ti,盡jin管guan已yi經jing有you很hen多duo間jian接jie測ce量liang技ji術shu。

  光guang束shu焦jiao點dian衍yan射she極ji限xian光guang斑ban尺chi寸cun可ke以yi根gen據ju光guang衍yan射she理li論lun計ji算suan,但dan由you於yu聚ju焦jiao透tou鏡jing像xiang差cha的de存cun在zai,實shi際ji光guang斑ban要yao比bi計ji算suan值zhi偏pian大da。最zui簡jian單dan的de實shi測ce方fang法fa是shi等deng溫wen度du輪lun廓kuo法fa,即ji用yong厚hou紙zhi燒shao焦jiao和he穿chuan透tou聚ju丙bing烯xi板ban後hou測ce量liang焦jiao斑ban和he穿chuan孔kong直zhi徑jing。這zhe種zhong方fang法fa要yao通tong過guo測ce量liang實shi踐jian,掌zhang握wo好hao激ji光guang功gong率lv大da小xiao和he光guang束shu作zuo用yong的de時shi間jian。

  (3)材料吸收值。材料對激光的吸收取決於材料的一些重要性能,如吸收率、反射率、熱導率、熔化溫度、蒸發溫度等,其中最重要的是吸收率。

  影響材料對激光光束的吸收率的因素包括兩個方麵:首先是材料的電阻係數,經過對材料拋光表麵的吸收率測量發現,材料吸收率與電阻係數的平方根成正比,而電阻係數又隨溫度而變化;其次,材料的表麵狀態(或者光潔度)對光束吸收率有較重要影響,從而對焊接效果產生明顯作用。

  CO2激光器的輸出波長通常為10.6μm,陶瓷、玻璃、橡膠、塑su料liao等deng非fei金jin屬shu對dui它ta的de吸xi收shou率lv在zai室shi溫wen就jiu很hen高gao,而er金jin屬shu材cai料liao在zai室shi溫wen時shi對dui它ta的de吸xi收shou很hen差cha,直zhi到dao材cai料liao一yi旦dan熔rong化hua乃nai至zhi氣qi化hua,它ta的de吸xi收shou才cai急ji劇ju增zeng加jia。采cai用yong表biao麵mian塗tu層ceng或huo表biao麵mian生sheng成cheng氧yang化hua膜mo的de方fang法fa,提ti高gao材cai料liao對dui光guang束shu的de吸xi收shou很hen有you效xiao。

  (4)焊接速度。焊接速度對熔深影響較大,提高速度會使熔深變淺,但速度過低又會導致材料過度熔化、工件焊穿。所以,對一定激光功率和一定厚度的某特定材料有一個合適的焊接速度範圍,並在其中相應速度值時可獲得最大熔深。

  (5)baohuqiti。jiguanghanjieguochengchangshiyongduoxingqitilaibaohurongchi,dangmouxiecailiaohanjiekebujijiaobiaomianyanghuashizeyekebukaolvbaohu,danduidaduoshuyingyongchanghezechangshiyonghai、氬、氮等氣體作保護,使工件在焊接過程中免受氧化。

  (6)氦氣不易電離(電離能量較高),可讓激光順利通過,光束能量不受阻礙地直達工件表麵。這是激光焊接時使用最有效的保護氣體,但價格比較貴。

  氬ya氣qi比bi較jiao便bian宜yi,密mi度du較jiao大da,所suo以yi保bao護hu效xiao果guo較jiao好hao。但dan它ta易yi受shou高gao溫wen金jin屬shu等deng離li子zi體ti電dian離li,結jie果guo屏ping蔽bi了le部bu分fen光guang束shu射she向xiang工gong件jian,減jian少shao了le焊han接jie的de有you效xiao激ji光guang功gong率lv,也ye損sun害hai焊han接jie速su度du與yu熔rong深shen。使shi用yong氬ya氣qi保bao護hu的de焊han件jian表biao麵mian要yao比bi使shi用yong氦hai氣qi保bao護hu時shi來lai得de光guang滑hua。

  氮氣作為保護氣體最便宜,但對某些類型不鏽鋼焊接時並不適用,主要是由於冶金學方麵問題,如吸收,有時會在搭接區產生氣孔。

  等離子雲對熔深的影響在低焊接速度區最為明顯。當焊接速度提高時,它的影響就會減弱。

  保bao護hu氣qi體ti是shi通tong過guo噴pen嘴zui口kou以yi一yi定ding的de壓ya力li射she出chu到dao達da工gong件jian表biao麵mian的de,噴pen嘴zui的de流liu體ti力li學xue形xing狀zhuang和he出chu口kou的de直zhi徑jing大da小xiao十shi分fen重zhong要yao。它ta必bi須xu以yi足zu夠gou大da以yi驅qu使shi噴pen出chu的de保bao護hu氣qi體ti覆fu蓋gai焊han接jie表biao麵mian,但dan為wei了le有you效xiao保bao護hu透tou鏡jing,阻zu止zhi金jin屬shu蒸zheng氣qi汙wu染ran或huo金jin屬shu飛fei濺jian損sun傷shang透tou鏡jing,噴pen口kou大da小xiao也ye要yao加jia以yi限xian製zhi。流liu量liang也ye要yao加jia以yi控kong製zhi,否fou則ze保bao護hu氣qi的de層ceng流liu變bian成cheng紊wen流liu,大da氣qi卷juan入ru熔rong池chi,最zui終zhong形xing成cheng氣qi孔kong。

  為wei了le提ti高gao保bao護hu效xiao果guo,還hai可ke用yong附fu加jia的de側ce向xiang吹chui氣qi的de方fang式shi,即ji通tong過guo一yi較jiao小xiao直zhi徑jing的de噴pen管guan將jiang保bao護hu氣qi體ti以yi一yi定ding的de角jiao度du直zhi接jie射she入ru深shen熔rong焊han接jie的de小xiao孔kong。保bao護hu氣qi體ti不bu僅jin抑yi製zhi了le工gong件jian表biao麵mian的de等deng離li子zi體ti雲yun,而er且qie對dui孔kong內nei的de等deng離li子zi體ti及ji小xiao孔kong的de形xing成cheng施shi加jia影ying響xiang,熔rong深shen進jin一yi步bu增zeng大da,獲huo得de深shen寬kuan比bi較jiao為wei理li想xiang的de焊han縫feng。但dan是shi,此ci種zhong方fang法fa要yao求qiu精jing確que控kong製zhi氣qi流liu量liang大da小xiao、方向,否則容易產生紊流而破壞熔池,導致焊接過程難以穩定。

  (6)透鏡焦距。焊接時通常采用聚焦方式會聚激光,一般選用63~254mm(2.5”~10”)焦jiao距ju的de透tou鏡jing。聚ju焦jiao光guang斑ban大da小xiao與yu焦jiao距ju成cheng正zheng比bi,焦jiao距ju越yue短duan,光guang斑ban越yue小xiao。但dan焦jiao距ju長chang短duan也ye影ying響xiang焦jiao深shen,即ji焦jiao深shen隨sui著zhe焦jiao距ju同tong步bu增zeng加jia,所suo以yi短duan焦jiao距ju可ke提ti高gao功gong率lv密mi度du,但dan因yin焦jiao深shen小xiao,必bi須xu精jing確que保bao持chi透tou鏡jing與yu工gong件jian的de間jian距ju,且qie熔rong深shen也ye不bu大da。由you於yu受shou焊han接jie過guo程cheng中zhong產chan生sheng的de飛fei濺jian物wu和he激ji光guang模mo式shi的de影ying響xiang,實shi際ji焊han接jie使shi用yong的de最zui短duan焦jiao深shen多duo為wei焦jiao距ju126mm(5”)。當接縫較大或需要通過加大光斑尺寸來增加焊縫時,可選擇254mm(10”)焦距的透鏡,在此情況下,為了達到深熔小孔效應,需要更高的激光輸出功率(功率密度)。

  當激光功率超過2kW時,特別是對於10.6μm的CO2激(ji)光(guang)束(shu),由(you)於(yu)采(cai)用(yong)特(te)殊(shu)光(guang)學(xue)材(cai)料(liao)構(gou)成(cheng)光(guang)學(xue)係(xi)統(tong),為(wei)了(le)避(bi)免(mian)聚(ju)焦(jiao)透(tou)鏡(jing)遭(zao)光(guang)學(xue)破(po)壞(huai)的(de)危(wei)險(xian),經(jing)常(chang)選(xuan)用(yong)反(fan)射(she)聚(ju)焦(jiao)方(fang)法(fa),一(yi)般(ban)采(cai)用(yong)拋(pao)光(guang)銅(tong)鏡(jing)作(zuo)反(fan)射(she)鏡(jing)。由(you)於(yu)能(neng)有(you)效(xiao)冷(leng)卻(que),它(ta)常(chang)被(bei)推(tui)薦(jian)用(yong)於(yu)高(gao)功(gong)率(lv)激(ji)光(guang)束(shu)聚(ju)焦(jiao)。

  (7)焦點位置。焊接時,為了保持足夠功率密度,焦點位置至關重要。焦點與工件表麵相對位置的變化直接影響焊縫寬度與深度。

  在大多數激光焊接應用場合,通常將焦點的位置設置在工件表麵之下大約所需熔深的1/4處。

  (8)jiguangshuweizhi。duibutongdecailiaojinxingjiguanghanjieshi,jiguangshuweizhikongzhizhehanfengdezuizhongzhiliang,tebieshiduijiejietoudeqingkuangbidajiejietoudeqingkuangduicigengweimingan。liru,dangcuihuogangchilunhanjiedaoditanganggulun,zhengquekongzhijiguangshuweizhijiangyouliyuchanshengzhuyaoyouditanzufenzuchengdehanfeng,zhezhonghanfengjuyoujiaohaodekangliexing。youxieyingyongchanghe,beihanjiegongjiandejihexingzhuangxuyaojiguangshupianzhuanyigejiaodu,dangguangshuzhouxianyujietoupingmianjianpianzhuanjiaoduzai100度以內時,工件對激光能量的吸收不會受到影響。

  (9)焊接起始、終止點的激光功率漸升、漸降控製。激光深熔焊接時,不管焊縫深淺,小孔現象始終存在。當焊接過程終止、關閉功率開關時,焊縫尾端將出現凹坑。另外,當激光焊層覆蓋原先焊縫時,會出現對激光束過度吸收,導致焊件過熱或產生氣孔。

  為wei了le防fang止zhi上shang述shu現xian象xiang發fa生sheng,可ke對dui功gong率lv起qi止zhi點dian編bian製zhi程cheng序xu,使shi功gong率lv起qi始shi和he終zhong止zhi時shi間jian變bian成cheng可ke調tiao,即ji起qi始shi功gong率lv用yong電dian子zi學xue方fang法fa在zai一yi個ge短duan時shi間jian內nei從cong零ling升sheng至zhi設she置zhi功gong率lv值zhi,並bing調tiao節jie焊han接jie時shi間jian,最zui後hou在zai焊han接jie終zhong止zhi時shi使shi功gong率lv由you設she置zhi功gong率lv逐zhu漸jian降jiang至zhi零ling值zhi。
